Overview

Earn start wage £538 per week.

We are currently recruiting for warehouse operatives to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory.

The purpose of the role is to help the supervisors in the smooth running of the product through the factory, to meet department targets and orders while maintaining excellent standards in food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• You will be picking, packing and handling of pet food goods.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Picking orders on Cmex system
• Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times
• Maintaining food safety standards at all times

Requirements

• Candidates are NOT required to hold an in date Forklift license however can be advantageous.
• A motivated individual who is driven to deliver working within a team or on your own
• An excellent attitude towards teamwork and always willing to assist colleagues
• A good standard of spoken and written English
• Good attention to detail.

this is a long term role

Schedule

• 4 on 4 off
• 12 hour shifts
• Days and Nights, rotating weekly.
• 0600 - 1800: Days
• 1800 - 0600: Nights
• 48 hours a week.4 on 4 off

Pay

• £12.64 per hour basic
• £18.36 per hour Overtime (All hours over 40 hours a week)
• Earn start wage £538 per week.
• Start wage £490 per week.
