Reporting to the Operations Manager/Warehouse Supervisor, the role will work as part of the LKQ Euro Car Parts team to drive high branch performance and operational standards aligned with the organisation’s strategy and plan, ultimately ensuring delivery on the customer promise.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to branch warehouse operations and customer service.
• Ensure all warehouse areas conform to Health and Safety legislation.
• Work towards balanced performance across key business metrics and KPIs, aligned with business goals.
• Maintain full compliance with branch standards to ensure balanced performance.
• Provide a safe working environment for all team members and visitors.
• Participate in daily briefings to understand key objectives and measures.
• Achieve operational excellence by adhering to branch standards.
• Ensure operational efficiency with proper stock management controls.
• Promote a safety-first culture at all times.
• Adhere to returns, credits, and warranty processes to enhance customer experience and ensure frictionless operations.
• Ensure shelf availability through daily PI, Book In/Out, and annual stock takes.
