Job summary

Stonegate is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Lacock, Wiltshire. You will pick and load orders, use an electric pallet truck, and maintain cleanliness and accuracy across shifts.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is essential.
• Experience using an electric pallet/pump truck is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic IT skills are required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Pick and load customer orders to the highest standards.
• Support with picking, loading and unloading as required.
• Accurately complete load sheets and computer records.
• Conduct stock counts for finished and intake goods at shift start/end.
• Ensure materials are safe, legal and meet quality standards.
• Maintain GMP, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Report non-standard conditions promptly to minimise waste.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and compliant at all times.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and lean principles.
• Support implementation and maintenance of BRC Global Standards.
• Carry out additional site-wide tasks to support operations.

Working Hours: 14.00pm - 22.00pm, Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and load customer orders to the highest standards, following all correct procedures.
• Support with picking, loading, and unloading as required.
