Greggs plc is hiring Warehouse Operatives for our new Kettering National Distribution Centre (KNDC) at Symmetry Park, Kettering. You will join a fast‑paced team preparing orders for Greggs shops, picking and packing, and handling cages in ambient and chilled environments.

You’ll work in a food‑grade, high‑volume setting with training provided and real opportunities for career progression. A supportive team culture and weekly pay are part of the package.

Formación

• Ideally, you will have previous Warehouse Operative experience.
• Able to lift, carry, push and pull cages and perform other manual tasks.
• Comfortable working in cold/frozen areas with warm PPE provided.

We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives to join the team at our new Kettering National Distribution Centre (KNDC). This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in our brand-new distribution site, situated at Symmetry Park Kettering. Our KNDC site is a major investment in Greggs' future, bringing together cutting‑edge automation, new systems, and industry‑leading logistics processes to support our continued growth. You’ll be a key part of the Greggs Team, preparing orders for our shops to make sure they have all the products they need to keep our customers satisfied. You’ll work with a great, close‑knit team, in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment where timescales and targets are important. You’ll be handling boxes, picking and packing products, and pushing/pulling cages around the warehouse. You’ll need to make sure our vehicles are at the right temperature ready to load, and products are loaded into the correct compartment; ambient, chill or frozen. Working in a food environment means that you could be exposed to flour and dust. You will also be expected to work in a chilled environment. We’ll provide you with all the training and support you’ll need to see your career rise.

About you

Ideally, you’ll have previously worked as a Warehouse Operative within a similar environment.

• To be comfortable working in a physical role, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of cages, as well as other manual tasks
• To be able to work in cold/frozen areas of the warehouse (warm PPE will be provided)
• Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good
• Experience of using SAP systems would also be beneficial but isn’t essential
