Job summary

Gi Group UK in Huntingdon is hiring a part-time Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 16:00 to 20:00, 20 hours per week, with on-site duties at PE29 location.

You will sort parcels, scan and label, complete paperwork accurately, and help load/unload while ensuring safe handling. DBS checks and 5 years of work history are required for successful candidates.

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Will need to provide 5 years' work history and references.
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a satisfactory DBS check.

Warehouse Operative Shifts:

Monday to Friday - must be available to work Monday to Friday

16:00 - 20:00

Warehouse Operative Rate of Pay:

£13.45 - £16.16

Warehouse Operative Responsibilities:

• Sorting parcels into the relevant post code areas


• Accurate completion of paperwork


• Scanning and labelling packages


• Ensuring parcels are handled safely and securely


• Loading and unloading of parcels

Warehouse Operative Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse position


• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced environment


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Will need to provide 5 years' worth of work history & referencing


• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a satisfactory DBS check
