Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, the world's leading logistics provider.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Welham Green.

The rate of pay is £13 per hour from 6am to 6pm and £13 per hour from 6pm to 10pm.

Overtime is available at this site and paid at the same rates as above.

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, with the hours:

• One week: 6am to 2pm
• The following week: 2pm to 10pm

Working days include Sunday and Friday.

No previous experience is needed as full training will be provided.

Your Role as a Warehouse Operative

• Ensuring the correct goods are picked as per requests
• Lifting up to 20kg and moving products around the warehouse

Welham Green is leading the way with digitalization, including voice-picking and pick-assist robots.

Ideal Candidate

• Motivated, passionate, with an eye for detail
• Good at following processes
• Proficient in English
• Able to work on your feet for long periods and lift/move products requiring bending, stretching, and reaching
