Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a Kidlington-based client. The role is temporary with the potential to go permanent; start ASAP. You will join the warehouse team to receive, handle and store stock efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.

The position runs 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, paying £13.85 per hour. Applicants should be reliable, hardworking and able to perform manual handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Unload vehicles and safely handle incoming stock.

About the Role

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative? We are currently recruiting on behalf of our Kidlington-based client for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Warehouse Operative to join their team. This is initially a temporary position. Working as part of the warehouse team, you will play an important role in ensuring stock is received, handled and stored efficiently, helping to maintain an organised and productive warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Unloading vehicles and safely handling incoming stock.
• Replenishing stock within the warehouse and ensuring products are stored in the correct locations.
• Using handheld scanners to accurately record stock movements and locations.
• Ensuring stock is organised and readily available for operational requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Following company procedures and health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Supporting the wider warehouse team with general duties as required.

About You

The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking and committed, with a positive attitude towards work. Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous. Due to the nature of the role, this is a physically demanding position involving regular manual handling, loading and unloading. Applicants should therefore be comfortable working in an active warehouse environment and be physically capable of carrying out the duties required. You should also have:
