Warehouse Operative

£13.45 - £14.21 an hour

Full-time - 37.5hrs

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our growing client's business based in Grantham. Excellent benefits include 5 weeks holiday, employee discount and onsite gym!

The role is to support the operation of the warehouse undertaking a range of duties and you will require a full driving licence for this role also.

Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative:

• Unload deliveries

• Store goods safely and in the correct locations.

• Pick and pack goods securely,

• Load outgoing deliveries onto vehicles.

• Carry out regular stock checks and inventory counts.

• Assist with investigating stock discrepancies and adjusting records as required.

Requirements for a Warehouse Operative:

• Previous warehouse and or logistics experience.

• Full and clean driving license.

• Forklift license (Counterbalance and or Reach).

• Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Expected hours: Monday to Friday - 37.5 per week. For the first 3 months you will be working 8.30am - 6pm, then it moves on to a weekly rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm. You must be able to work the 2 shift pattern after the first 3 months.
