About the Role

As a key team player, you will:

• Support customer fulfilment by managing warehouse and distribution activities
• Represent the brand by liaising with customers to arrange deliveries and handle queries
• Address customer service issues promptly and empathetically
• Manage supplier deliveries and returns
• Process balance payments accurately
• Respond to delivery incident reports
• Follow health and safety and GDPR procedures
