Base pay range

In short:

• £12.33 per hour
• 5 days on site - Monday to Friday
• Location: Rainham Warehouse, Unit 19, Easter Industrial Park, Rainham, RM13 9BP
• Shift patterns: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm
• Reporting to: Logistics Lead

What We Are Looking For:

The Warehouse Operative assists with goods receipt and dispatch, bike cleaning, and inventory management. They follow established processes to ensure smooth operations and high standards. They work closely with the Logistics Lead and other teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and member satisfaction.

Tasks

• Goods in: Receive, unpack, organize, and store incoming goods.
• Goods out: Gather, pack, prepare, and load outgoing goods.
• Bike preparation: Ensure bikes are clean and ready for mechanics.
• Inventory: Conduct stock control and counts for audits.
• Health and safety: Maintain a clean, safe working environment and optimize space utilization.

What success looks like in this role

• Preparing, cleaning, and delivering bikes with minimal defects.
• Completing checks and tasks within set timeframes.
• Dispatching orders on time.
• Accurately recording issues or faults.
