Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operatives needed in Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, paying £11.44ph to work Monday to Friday, PM shifts, on-going full-time hours. Staff break room, microwaves, fridge, snack vending machines, onsite coffee machine, and multiple hot food cafes in the local amenity. Free on-site parking.

Working in a busy warehouse environment, the typical duties will involve:

1. Picking and shrink-wrapping bulk store orders
2. Using a pump truck
3. Using hand scanners
4. Unloading goods
5. Stock rotation
6. Quality check and stock checking
7. Lifting and moving stock
8. Walking long distances
9. Sweeping and tidying

Full training provided.

To be Successful:

1. Physically fit as some heavy lifting will be involved.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good timekeeping.
4. Attention to detail with the ability to read product codes and details.
5. Keep the warehouse and working area clean and tidy.
6. Enthusiastic and a team player.
7. Able to walk long distances and be on your feet for a long period of time.
8. Live locally or own transport due to location (No public transport available).

All Pertemps Candidates benefit from:

1. Paying £11.44ph - 37.5hrs work per week, overtime available.
2. Monday to Friday fixed 14:00pm to 22:00 shift.
3. Full training and site induction provided (paid after completing 2 full weeks work).
4. Weekly Pay each Friday, Holiday Pay, Access to pension - PAYE.
5. Free On-Site Staff Parking.
