About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role within the team by ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They are key to delivering excellent customer service through efficient management of warehouse stock and understanding delivery timeframes.
Main Duties include:

• Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
• Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
• Processing customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
• Verifying stock quantities against computer records and ensuring correct storage in designated bin locations

Working hours:

Average of 41 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Strong team player skills
• Efficient work style with attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry is desirable
