Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Harlow (CM19 5TX)

This will be a 3 month Fixed Term Contract from (middle October 2025 – end December 2025): and we have various flexible shifts available between 6:00am – 10:00pm to help cover our peak period.

What you will do on a typical day:

• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout all areas of the warehouse
• Get involved in a wide variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing.
• Use warehouse management systems on a day-to-day basis

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• A fantastic attitude with the desire to learn and develop your skills and experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Warehouse experience would be beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
• A safety-focused, detail-oriented and conscientious approach to your work
