Parts Coordinator

Location: Outskirts of Horsham

Salary: Up to £38,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Monday to Friday

Driving licence is required

Are you an organised and proactive individual with experience in workshop or warehouse environments? This could be the perfect role for you!

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage inventory of parts, tools, and equipment
  • Source and order parts as required by the business
  • Hands on, heavy lifting in the warehouse
  • Maintain accurate records of parts and equipment usage
  • Ensure the workshop is kept clean and free from hazards
  • Liaise with clients and fitters, providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in a workshop or mechanical environment
  • Forklift experience is desirable
  • Driving licence is required
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to lift heavy objects
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management software
  • A detail-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills
