Overview

Your main role is to receive products from suppliers on a daily & weekly basis. You will check in and sign off deliveries then store goods in a certain location in our warehouse. This is a vital part of our operation and you must work with the utmost diligence along with achieving your tasks in a timely manner.

Tasks, Roles & Responsibilities

• Unloading Vans & Lorries following strict Manual handling guidelines
• Checking off goods via delivery notes & internal documentation
• Communicating with suppliers & your direct team
• Following packing & processes within the warehouse
• Signing off all deliveries as accurate
• Feeding back inaccuracies and following the correct reporting procedures
• Ensure correct locations & bays are used when storing & packing goods in our warehouse
• Using our integrated systems Intact with the utmost diligence to book in and process products that are delivered
• Report back to line manager after each task is finished & finalized
• Report to your line manager at the start and end of every shift giving an update on what has been achieved and the current situation of workload outstanding
• Liaise, help and support other departments when needed or requested to do so.
• Safely and competently use the forklift & other equipment.
