Our client is looking to recruit several Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly team within a well-established company. We are seeking motivated & driven candidates who want to learn new skills and gain new experiences to progress within their careers.

Duties

1. General warehouse duties
2. Manual handling
3. Work in any of our three chambers - ambient, chilled, and frozen
4. Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages
5. Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles

Pay

An hourly rate of £13.19 plus an additional £1.50 per hour when working in the freezer.

Overtime rates of £19.79 to £21.11 per hour (paid over 40 hours).

A KPI performance-related bonus of up to an additional £274 per week.

Working Hours

This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week on an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, including weekends.

Day shifts rotate weekly between 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00. After passing training, a 6-month rota will be provided to help balance work and life.
