Job summary

Rob Pond is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team on-site in Andover (SP10 4EY). This is a practical, fast paced role where accuracy and timely picking and packing are essential.

You will handle orders, process bookings via third-party logistics, receive deliveries, maintain stock locations and ensure stock is stored correctly. A positive attitude and reliability are key; forklift licence is advantageous, training provided.

Qualifications

• Ideal but not essential: previous warehouse experience; forklift training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations, including:

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Processing and booking out customer orders through third-party logistics platforms.
• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
• Maintaining stock locations and ensuring products are stored correctly.
• Preparing products to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Operating warehouse equipment and materials handling equipment (training provided where appropriate).
• Keeping warehouse areas clean, organised, and safe.
• Supporting colleagues and assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
