Job summary

Porcelanosa Grupo in Doncaster is seeking a Warehouse Operative to pick and pack orders from our warehouse facility. The role involves handling goods, loading deliveries and ensuring accurate, safe operations in a busy environment.

Candidates should be prepared to work on a variety of warehouse tasks, follow strict H&S procedures and complete compulsory training. A forklift licence is beneficial but not required.

Job purpose; Porcelanosa has been a highly regarded and respected supplier of quality floor coverings, sanitary ware and kitchens to the construction and retail markets across Europe and the World since 1973. The role will be to pick and pack trade and retail customer orders from our warehouse facility based in Doncaster.

Key skills and responsibilities of the job;
The nature of the role is varied. Although you may be assigned the same/similar tasksfrequently, this does not remove the general duties or requirement to comply with anyreasonable request from the management team to complete any task within the warehouse toensure smooth running of the department.

Duties will include:

• Checking in and putting away of consignment goods as they arrive by road trailer.
• Manually picking customer order.
• Moving goods around within the warehouse using pedestrian stackers, Counterbalance and reach trucks.
• Loading of delivery vehicles with customer orders
• Following all H&S/ company procedures at all times
• Attending all compulsory training
