Job summary

HRGO Recruitment is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a leading logistics company based in Harworth/Blyth. Daily tasks include loading/unloading, moving stock, and pallet handling within a modern warehouse, with 4-on/4-off shift patterns and overtime opportunities.

Immediate starts available; overtime is paid at 1.5x and a Christmas bonus is offered. Weekly pay and on-site parking are provided, with opportunities to advance to temp-to-perm roles.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Valid right-to-work documents.
• Reliable and able to commit to shift pattern.
• Able to travel to Harworth/Blyth (S81 8GN).

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers and vehicles.

£12.71-£14.31 per hour + Christmas Overtime Bonus - Immediate Starts!

Christmas Overtime Bonus

• 24 November-14 December and 21-23 December: £50 bonus for every overtime shift of 8 hours or more.

• Peak Week: 15-20 December: £100 bonus for every qualifying 12-hour overtime shift. Everyone must commit to at least one 12-hour overtime shift during Peak Week.

• Peak Week overtime must be booked in advance using the OT form.

Bonus scheme subject to eligibility and attendance conditions. One absence results in 50% of the bonus being lost; two absences result in the full bonus being lost.

Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours

Day Shift: 4 on / 4 off - 06:00-18:00

Night Shift: 4 on / 4 off - 18:00-06:00
