Job summary

Staffline is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in Middlesbrough. This is a temp-to-perm, full-time role with rotating shifts from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm. Applicants must be able to work every other weekend. The site offers onsite support, free parking, PPE, and training.

You will use a wrist-mounted computer to pick items, operate a LLOP, assemble from pallets, and load onto roll cages. The job requires physical fitness and good communication to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Active role with heavy lifting may be required.
• Full training will be provided.

Job description

Warehouse Operative to work in our client's busy warehouse in

Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic temp-to-permanent opportunity with regular ongoing work.

The rates of pay are:

• Days
• £14.17 per hour
• £18.85 per hour

This is a

full-time role working rotating shifts and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm
• 2pm to 10pm

Applicants will need to be able to work every other weekend.

Your Time at Work

As a Warehouse Operative at this site, you will pick products using a wrist-mounted computer.

In an average shift, you will:

• Operate a LLOP (low-level order picker truck)
• Use and function an arm-mounted computer
• Assemble items from pallets
• Load items onto roll cages

Warehouse Operative work is active, and heavy lifting may be required occasionally, so some - physical fitness would be beneficial.

Our perfect Warehouse Operative can work accurately and meet targets.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is performance-based and experience as a Production, Warehouse or Factory Operative is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.
