The role involves undertaking day-to-day warehouse tasks, ensuring all targets are met and maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and hygiene to meet customer expectations.

This role requires the use of Materials Handling Equipment (MHE), specifically Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP), High Level Order Pickers (HLOP), Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT), and Counterbalance Forklift Trucks. No previous experience is required; full training will be provided.

We consider applications from candidates seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Flexible work, including those with limitations on their hours and days. We are willing to tailor working hours around personal circumstances. Candidates must be willing and able to commute to any of our three operations within the Doncaster area.

• Commute to one of our four sites within the People campus area for each shift. (Note that these may vary for each shift)
• Ensure the operation meets all daily targets by completing tasks to high-quality standards.
• Be responsible for health and safety, following relevant procedures and safe working practices, which may vary subtly across the sites.
• Perform loading, picking, packing, and unloading duties, which may involve lifting heavy stock/products.
• Carry out manual handling tasks safely using pallet trucks and other mechanical handling equipment (MHE).
• Prepare orders accurately, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Check picked stock and assembled loads prior to dispatch.
• Use various systems, including handheld devices and voice picking via headset.
• Support operational efficiency, housekeeping, and hygiene standards of the warehouse and site.
• Maintain personal hygiene and appearance to a professional and acceptable standard.
