Overview

Warehouse Operatives – Desborough, NN14. £12.60 - £14.74 Per Hour - Depending on Shift Pattern. We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a prestigious warehouse based in Kettering, NN14. This role offers the opportunity of a permanent contract following a qualifying period as well as training on LLOP, PPT, Reach Trucks and VNA.

Responsibilities

• Reworking pallets and palletising
• Picking products using a hand scanner
• Safely moving stock around the warehouse
• Full induction, training and ongoing support
• Moving stock around the warehouse safely using MH; LLOP, PPT, Reach Trucks and/or VNA Trucks (training provided)
• Breaking down and restacking pallets
• General warehouse duties as required

Shift patterns

• 4 on 4 off Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
• Monday to Friday: 22:00 – 06:00
• Sunday – Thursday: 22:00 – 06:00
• Monday to Friday Rotating: 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse is advantageous
• Experience of using mechanical handling equipment is advantageous, but training is provided
• Hard work and passion. You dont need warehouse experience; you will be trained
• A positive and flexible attitude. Self-motivated, always looking for the best in every situation
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Commitment to hit targets
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to work to a high level of accuracy while working quickly
