Job summary

Furniture Village is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Dartford on a 40-hour contract, rotating Monday to Sunday. You will support the warehouse and distribution activities, safely lift and move heavy goods, load and unload deliveries, and use systems to track stock and process orders.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and distribution activities.
• Able to lift heavy furniture and goods safely.
• Comfortable using systems to track stock and process orders.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work on a rota.

• Supporting the customer fulfilment function by demonstrating all warehouse and distribution activities.
• Safely lifting and handling heavy furniture and goods, in line with manual handling regulations.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Using company systems to track stock and process orders.
• Communicating clearly with your team.
• Following health & safety procedures at all times.

Your Role
