Job Responsibilities

As a warehouse operative your duties will include:

Handling the full range of goods in the UK, including but not limitedtoage restricted products.

Efficiently and effectively receiving and storing goods inwards following Amazon's internal processes and procedures and using radio frequency scanners

Accurately pack and ship our customer orders to ensure we meet customers' high expectations.

Accurately pick products, potentially on a multi-level mezzanine or using ahigh-levelpicker

Physical Demands - The role involves the following physical demandsdaily:

Lifting and moving products up to 23kg in weight

Lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching, and/or stretching during the duration of a shift

Pushing and pulling product up to 23kg in weight during the duration of a shift

Manual dexterity of both hands and wrists

Working on a secure mezzanine at a height of between 9 to 12 metres (equivalent to a 3 or 4 storey building)

Regularly climbing and descending flights of stairs safely

£14.50 per hour for day shifts

£16.82 per hour for nights (£2.32 Night Shift Allowance per hour for nighttime shifts)

Day shift over time

£21.75 overtime per hour for over time 40-50 hours

£29 per hour for over time 50-60 hours

Nighttime over time

£23.49 per hour for over time 40-50 hours

£31.32 per hour for over time 50-60 hours

6am-12.30pm 30 hours per week

12.30pm-8pm 35 hours per week

4pm-11pm Full time 5/7 days, must work Mondays on this shift
