Join the team keeping M&S stocked this summer. We’re growing our warehouse team in Hemel Hempstead and looking for hardworking Warehouse Operatives to support our busy M&S operation. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced chilled warehouse environment where you’ll play an important part in keeping products moving safely and efficiently through the supply chain. If you’re reliable, enjoy working as part of a team, and are looking for consistent hours with opportunities to progress, we’d love to hear from you.

Shift & Pay Details

• 40 hrs per week
• Any 5 from 7 including weekends
• 09:15 to 17:15 and 14:00 to 22:00
• £13.79 per hour increasing to £14.97 per hour after 6 months.
• Overtime and unsocial/weekend premiums

What You’ll Be Doing

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and scanning stock using voice technology
• Moving goods through the warehouse from intake to dispatch
• Working safely and efficiently in a chilled warehouse environment
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining accuracy and productivity standards
• Working as part of a busy warehouse team

Full PPE is provided.
