Job Description: Are you passionate about warehousing and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using Counterbalance and Reach trucks to pick and dispatch goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Using a Counterbalance & Reach Truck in a variety of warehouse racking solutions.
• Using the warehouse system & scanner to receive, locate goods into the racking, pick & dispatch.
• Continuously high levels of housekeeping to ensure high standards of warehouse hygiene environment are adhered to.
• Loading and unloading trailers on docking bays.
• Processing and ensuring packaging of goods is of a high standard.
• Shunting lorries around the yard when required. Training will be provided for this.
• Completing any relevant paperwork in line with the warehouse processes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment.
• Must have a valid UK Driving licence.
• Must have a counterbalance or Reach truck forklift licence.
• Experience with computerised warehouse management systems.
• Good attention to detail is essential as well as working in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
