Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc in Crick is seeking Warehouse Operatives for permanent positions. You will perform stock handling tasks, including picking and packing, and ensure goods move smoothly from inbound to outbound.

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for the permanent, full-time or part-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crick for our customer, one of the most famous fashion retail companies worldwide, within brand-new facilities.

We have these shift patterns available: Friday - Monday with the working hours of 07:00 - 17:00, 13:00 - 23:00 or 15:00 - 23:00; Sunday - Thursday 23:00 - 07:00 or Tuesday - Saturday 23:00 - 07:00.

Pay, benefits and more:

• Hourly rate of £13.12 for the working hours of 07:00 - 13:00
• Hourly rate of £14.77 for the working hours of 15:00 - 23:00
• Hourly rate of £15.32 for the working hours of 23:00 - 07:00
• Weekend allowance of £1.00 per hour

What you will do on a typical day:

• Perform a range of duties related to the handling of stock including picking and packing
• Ensure a steady flow of goods throughout the warehouse from inbound to outbound
• Be responsible for Health and Safety helping to minimise risks, hazards, and incidents
• Use Warehouse Management Systems on a day-to-day basis
