Pay Rate: £24,219

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday 07.00 - 15.30 (will require an element of flexibility - Annualised hours)
Location: Crewe - CW1 6GH

We're now looking for a Warehouse Operative to play a key role at the centre of our fulfilment operation.

️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• To complete the safe, efficient & accurate execution of warehouse tasks to help ensure that the needs of the customer are met.
• To collate and check stock for trade and transfer and load vehicles accordingly.
• To pack mixed cases for trade customers using the knowledge of brand recognition and brand pack codes, cases must be packed neatly in the correct configurations.
• To operate all types of truck electric, MLOP, PPT, Pedestrian PPT, Reach, and Counter Balance Trucks.
• In-house training provided, please note this role includes handling tobacco items.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

• Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures essential.
• Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of volume orders
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload
• MHE experience specifically MLOP, PPT, FLT - Desirable
