Job summary

Jobandtalent in partnership with Arvato UK in Corby is recruiting a Warehouse Operative. You will pick items with a scanner, pack them on a packing bench, and safely operate a manual pump truck, aiming to meet site pick targets with high accuracy.

The role runs 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday, on a fixed shift, with pay at 12.92 GBP hourly. Full training is provided, and there is a stable logistics hub environment in Corby.

Qualifications

• Previous PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items using a scanner gun into trolleys and locations.
• Pack items on a packing bench while adhering to quality control standards.
• Operate a manual pump truck safely in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
• Meet and exceed site pick targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the work area clean, tidy, and safe.
