Job summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operative to work for one of our clients based at Cookstown. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in logistics distribution and supply chain management, with full Aviation Training provided.

The role offers a structured shift pattern from Monday to Friday, 13:00 to 19:00, with overtime and a DBS check and aviation course paid for by us.

Qualifications

• Flexibility, including weekend and bank holiday availability.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg.
• Reliable, hard-working and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Labelling and scanning parcels.
• Enter and update data into a computer system.
• Lifting and moving parcels (up to 25kg in some areas).
• Quality checking cargo.
• Preparing Parcels for delivery.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work area.

Airport Security Vetting:

• Complete a criminal record check (paid for by us)
• Have a 5-year work history that can be checked (we'll obtain this for you)
• Provide a 5-year address history
• Have valid photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card)
• Attend an Aviation Security course (paid for by us)
