GSF Car Parts is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support our busy warehouse operations. You will pick and pack orders, check deliveries, and prepare items for delivery to customers while aiming for accurate, timely service.

In this role you will manage stock accuracy, support returns processing, and work closely with colleagues to meet daily deadlines. A solid track record in warehousing and strong numerical literacy are valued, with opportunities for training and progression.

Competenze

• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
• Understanding of customer service and delivery timelines.

Mansioni

• Check and store supplier deliveries.
• Pick and load vans accurately and promptly.
• Inspect customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge.
• Verify stock quantities against computer and ensure correct bin locations.

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play an important role within the team by always ensuring orders are picked and packed, and ready to be delivered to our customers. They are champions of customer service delivery through efficient coordination of warehouse stock and understand the importance of delivery timeframes.

Main Duties Include

• Checking and putting away supplier delivered parts
• Picking and loading vans accurately and in a timely manner;
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty or surcharge;
• Checking stock quantities are correct against computer whilst also checking stock is stored in the allocated bin locations.

Working hours:

## (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working

About You

What you'll need to succeed

• A great track record working in a fast paced warehouse, or similar environment
• Ability to work well under pressure
• A good team player
• Work efficiently with good attention to detail
• Understand the necessity of customer service & working to deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry would be desirable
