Warehouse Operative

Location: Cardiff, CF3 2ES

Type: Permanent

Hours: 45 hours per week, early shift from 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Flexibility required for additional shifts based on business needs.

Role Summary: Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Operative plays a key role in our operations, contributing to our success through various responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Using powered pallet trucks to pick cases onto pallets, ensuring safe manual handling
• Unloading inbound stock as needed
• Safely assembling and loading stock onto drays using FLT
• Prioritizing health and safety in all procedures
• Assisting with stock counts
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the work areas

Experience and Attributes:

• Experience with reach trucks and FLT; licenses preferred
• Warehouse experience within FMCG sector
• Customer service skills
• Strong health and safety awareness
