Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Cardiff on a temp-to-perm basis. The role includes picking and packing, unloading deliveries and supporting loading activities for a growing distribution business in the beauty products sector.

Competitive hourly rate and long-term opportunities on completion of the temp period. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience, good numeracy, reliable work ethic, strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence; forklift licence

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
• Forklift/Counterbalance licence desirable (training available).
• Good numeracy skills with strong attention to detail.
• Reliable, self-motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Warehouse Operative - Temp to Perm

Location - Cardiff
Pay- £12.71 per hour
Monday - Friday

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative on a temp-to-perm basis for a well-established and growing distribution business within the beauty products sector. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team with long-term prospects and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing goods for dispatch
• Unloading and unpacking deliveries
• Assisting with loading and unloading vehicles
• Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Following all Health & Safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience is essential
• Forklift/Counterbalance licence desirable (training can be provided)
• Good numeracy skills with strong attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
• Full UK Driving Licence

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Flexibility required during peak periods (early/late shifts on a rota basis)
