Job description

Staffing Match has exciting opportunities as picker packers working for our client based in Bury St. Edmunds in a clean, modern, and spacious distribution centre. This role would suit individuals who want to progress in their career, upskill, learn new challenges, and become part of the team.

The job involves picking and packing vital medical items, operating LLOP / MHE (full training provided), and working in other warehouse areas.

Experience is not necessary as training is provided, but a willingness to learn, work as a team, and a passion for the NHS are advantageous. Good English skills are required to read orders and understand health & safety procedures.

Shifts are as follows:

• Rotating weeks, Monday to Friday, 06:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 22:00 (£14.27)
• Nights, Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 - 06:00 (£16.42)

Overtime rate: £18.95 - £25.26.

Note: This is a full-time role. Due to location, you must be able to get to the site; public transport is not available. Only apply if you seek a long-term position with progression opportunities. Temp to perm for the right candidate. No students, please.

The site features a large canteen, car park, and hosts engagement days like BBQs and charity events for East Of England Children's Hospice.
