Job summary

Ethero Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Warehouse Operator for a fast-paced, practical role. You will perform manual warehouse tasks, use computer-based systems, and ensure high accuracy and quality in every item handled.

The position is 06:30-14:30, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour under weekly PAYE. It is a temporary position with a pathway to permanent employment, and statutory deductions apply with pension contributions if not opted out.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Operator, your duties will include:

• Carrying out manual handling and physical warehouse duties.
• Lifting and moving goods weighing up to 25kg.
• Completing computer‑based tasks throughout your shift.
• Ensuring all goods meet the required standards of accuracy and quality.
• Maintaining excellent attention to detail when handling products and completing tasks.
• Working efficiently to meet operational requirements and maintain high standards.

Working Hours and Pay

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 06:30-14:30.
• Pay rate: £12.71 per hour.
• Payment: Weekly PAYE.
• Overtime: Monday to Friday at 1.5 times your standard rate after 37.5 hours, and Saturday at 1.5 times your standard rate.
• Contract: Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.

Statutory deductions for tax and National Insurance will apply. Pension contributions will also apply unless you opt out, where permitted.
