Ethero is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Burton upon Trent to handle picking, packing, and stock control in a fast-paced environment. The role involves palletising stock for despatch, manual handling, and occasional heavy lifting with pairing support as needed.

Working hours follow a rotating pattern with 06:00-14:00 one week and 14:00-22:00 the next, Monday to Friday. A permanent contract may be offered to suitable candidates; training and a clean on-site environment are provided.

Pay: £13.92 per hour

Any lawful deductions will be explained clearly before engagement. Statutory deductions such as Tax, National Insurance, and pension contributions (where applicable) will apply.

Full details of the role, assignment, pay, and any applicable terms will be provided before you agree to proceed. Where required, a Key Information Document will be issued before engagement.

Working Pattern:

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: rotating one week 06:00-14:00, one week 14:00-22:00

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid break
