At GXO, we are currently recruiting for full-time, permanent Warehouse Operatives and MHE Drivers to join our Avonmouth team, supporting one of our new business wins!

We Are Currently Recruiting For The Following Shift Patterns

• 3 on 3 off, covering the hours of 06:00 to 18:00
• 3 on 3 off, covering the hours of 18:00 to 06:00

Pay, Benefits And More

• Hourly rate of £13.50 on day shift and £15.53 on night shift (Warehouse Operative)
• Hourly rate of £15.26 on day shift and £17.55 on night shift (MHE Driver)

What You’ll Do On a Typical Day

• Operate MHE safely, adhering to all safety procedures (full training provided)
• Participate in all warehouse activities including picking and packing, adapting to changing environments
• Follow health and safety policies, promoting a safety culture
• Support the site and assist with tasks to ensure smooth operations

What You Need To Succeed At GXO

• Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not essential
• Willingness to work at heights
• Positive attitude towards safety and teamwork
• Flexibility, a proactive attitude, and attention to quality
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pass drug and alcohol screening
