About The Role

At GSF Car Parts, our Warehouse Operatives play a vital role within the team by ensuring orders are picked, packed, and ready for delivery to our customers. They champion customer service through efficient stock coordination and understand the importance of timely deliveries.

Main Duties Include

• Checking and storing supplier-delivered parts
• Delivering parts to customers
• Assisting at the retail counter
• Picking and loading vans accurately and promptly
• Checking customer returns for resale, warranty, or surcharge
• Verifying stock quantities against the computer system and ensuring proper storage in designated locations

Working Hours

Average of 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday shifts.

About You

What you'll need to succeed:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced warehouse or similar environment
• Full clean driving license
• Good understanding of Maths and English
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong team player
• Efficient work habits with attention to detail
• Understanding of customer service and meeting deadlines
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of car parts and the automotive industry is desirable
