Join to apply for the Warehouse Operative role at Müller UK & Ireland.

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our Chill Department at Bridgwater Dairy within Müller Milk & Ingredients.

The successful candidates will aim to process the most effective and safe methods to produce high-quality finished products, continuously improving in line with Müller values.

Contract: Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract

Salary: Starting from £31,350.92 plus overtime premiums

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 7am – 7pm / 7pm – 7am

Location: Bridgwater

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate complex equipment to ensure production plans are met.
• Maintain equipment and processes, optimize output, reduce waste, and save costs.
• Replenish materials as necessary.
• Perform chemical testing for performance accreditation.
• Complete operational documentation accurately.
• Ensure safety for yourself and team members.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate issues effectively.

Müller Responsibilities:

• Maintain high hygiene standards.
• Adhere to food safety and quality procedures.
• Prioritize health and safety, encouraging positive safety behaviors.
• Complete mandatory training on time.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Undertake chemical and environmental awareness training.

Note: This role involves working in a chilled environment; PPE including Hi-Vis coat is provided.
