Warehouse Operative Position

We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join a global distributor of engineered products. This is a permanent role offering regular overtime paid at a premium, free onsite parking, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

The main responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative include picking and preparing orders for dispatch, correctly receiving and storing incoming goods, and processing related documents. This is a fast-paced role requiring prompt decision-making, issue resolution, and strong communication skills.

What We Offer

• Starting rate of £11.44 per hour
• Working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with early finishes on Fridays (39-hour workweek)

Key Responsibilities

• Checking, validating, and selecting products for dispatch
• Checking and validating products for storage
• Processing documents through the company's Business System (BC)
• Maintaining good housekeeping, health, safety, and environmental standards within the warehouse
