Job summary

INDLEE is recruiting a Warehouse Operative for a site in Bradford (BD7) on a temp-to-perm basis. The role features a 4-day working week with rotating shifts and a defined training schedule in the first four weeks, including a daily 12:00pm–10:00pm stint and Thursdays off.

Day-to-day duties involve heavy lifting, scanning with barcode devices, and using computer systems. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking and a true team player with strong attention to detail.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team in BD7 on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role

• 4-day working week!

• Rotating Monday-Friday shifts:

• Week 1: 6:00am - 4:00pm

• Week 2: 12:00pm - 10:00pm

• First 4 weeks: Training will be 12:00pm - 10:00pm, with Thursday as your fixed day off.

The role involves working with products that require regular heavy lifting, as well as using scanners and computer systems. We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and a genuine team player, with excellent attention to detail.

As this is a temp-to-perm opportunity, it would be ideal for someone looking for stable, ongoing employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.
