We are now recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Great Bear Harworth on a full-time and permanent position.

Job Description

Shift: 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00.

Salary: £12.21 / £12.69 upon completion of MHE Training.

1. Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse.
2. Load customer pallets onto trailers using MHE.
3. Ensure the correct amount of product is picked.
4. Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
5. Maintain high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
6. Communicate effectively with Team Leaders and Managers.
7. Monitor and uphold housekeeping standards.
8. Ensure Health and Safety compliance by following risk assessment guidelines and reporting issues to the Team Leader and Manager.
9. Report damages in accordance with warehouse procedures.
10. Operate MHE equipment safely and in compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to operate all required MHE to meet operational needs.
• Good verbal and numerical reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Adaptability to training and new procedures.
• Conscientiousness and reliability.
• A positive work attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar environment is desirable but not essential.
• FLT Licence is desirable.
