Warehouse Operative

Location: Derby / East Midlands Area

Summary/Objectives

Maintain shipments and inventory control by processing orders, picking and packing, verifying shipments, and stocking items from inbound deliveries as part of a warehouse team.

Essential Functions

• Maintain inventory by recording product location, quantity, and control number; conduct stock counts as needed.
• Prepare orders by verifying products against shipping documents, and load products for dispatch.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Unload pallets, check lot numbers, and manage stock control.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Participate in inventory controls and maintain quality standards for audits.
• Keep the warehouse clean and maintain equipment.
• Assist with various tasks as required.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Salary: £24,375 per annum
