Igloo is recruitingWarehouse Operativesfor ongoing, long-term work in Birmingham. You’ll be joining a busy logistics operation for a well-known automotive distribution company, handling parts and products for delivery across the UK and Europe.

The Role:

• Picking and packing automotive parts.
• Quality checking all parts that you pick for any damages or defects.
• Picking parts out of the racking using pick sheets and scanners – these parts will feed production lines so attention to detail is key!
• Helping to keep the working environment clean and tidy.

The Person:

The successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the below:

• Be reliable and hard-working.
• Be able to work under your own esteem as well as within a team environment.
• Be able to take and follow instructions.
• Be confident to working on computer systems and software.
• Have a great attention to detail as this is a major part of the role.
• Ideally you will have worked within a large, busy warehouse environment previously, however this is not essential for this role.
