This isn't just an ordinary warehouse
We use innovative and state-of-the-art technology, and joining us as a Warehouse Operative means you’ll be working for the world’s largest and fastest-growing online grocery retailer in a safe, clean, fast-paced warehouse environment.
Our first employees will play a critical role in getting the site ready to operate. This means initially you will be a general warehouse operative working in our Inbound team; unpacking, inspecting, and scanning our storage totes ahead of taking deliveries, and receiving and decanting goods into the totes.
There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures, from chilled to ambient (minimum 2°C), have a good eye for detail and be able to work independently but also be a good team player.
What’s in it for you?
Our people are at the heart of our business and without them we wouldn’t be able to deliver our award-winning service to millions of customers across the country each day. So it’s important to us that along with safe working environments, we support and develop our employees with great benefits and opportunities for career progression.
