People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in BICESTER, SOUTHWEST.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.

Your benefits as a Warehouse Operative are:

• Weekly pay
• Excellent hourly rates
• 30-minute unpaid break and 2 x 15minute paid breaks

Day to Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will be, but not limited to:

• Picking, checking and packing customer orders in a timely manner
• Shipping/packing of large, palletized shipments
• Moving and recording of stock deliveries
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Stock allocation
• Computerised dispatch
• Stock taking/screening of products when required
• Programming/quality check of hearing devices
• Working to agreed targets and timescales
• Flexible
• Reworking of products
• Any other responsibilities as required for the successful operation of the department

Skills needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client are:

• Basic level of English and Mathematics
• Reliable and punctual
• Problem solving

Desirable experience needed to be a Warehouse Operative with our client is:

• Warehouse experience but not essential as full training provided
