Your Role

The warehouse operative role is an integral element of the day-to-day operational functionality, delivering objectives and outputs efficiently and effectively within a Kuehne+Nagel warehouse environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Complete the daily MHE safety checks (where applicable)
• Carry out assigned tasks including: picking, packing, goods receipt, checking, loading & unloading of vehicles, hygiene, the processing of returns, and stock maintenance and integrity tasks.
• Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and carry out other assigned computer-based tasks as required
• Comply and contribute to the KN 5s standards within the working area
• Actively contribute towards continuous improvement projects and ideas
• Operate according to trained work instructions (ABC Modules/WI)
• Adhere to company standards as detailed in the Code of Conduct Policy
• Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices, including reporting all accidents and incidents within the workplace
• Achieve individual and team productivity performance standards, including accuracy

Your Skills and Experiences

• PC literate
• MHE licence (where applicable)
• Understanding of warehouse practices: picking, loading
