WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – BACK SHIFT – FULL TIME

ANY 5 DAYS OVER 7 (INCLUDING WEEKENDS) - 2.00PM - 10.00PM

PAY RATE: £13.60 per hour, increasing to £14.47 after probation

OVERTIME: Paid after 40 hours from £18.54 to £19.73 per hour

START DATE: Assessment Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th July (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), moving onto back shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

About the Role

• Working in the Fresh department, in chilled temperatures between 2°C – 5°C
• Picking and packing fresh produce and chilled goods accurately to targets using voice-pick headsets and scanners
• Loading and unloading goods for dispatch and delivery
• Repetitive manual handling, lifting, bending, and moving products throughout the shift
• Maintaining stock accuracy and keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised
• Following strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards at all times

Requirements

• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced, manual environment
• Comfortable working in chilled temperatures for the full shift (thermal PPE provided)
• Fully flexible to work any 5 days over 7, including weekends, as the site operates 24/7
• Available for mandatory induction on Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th July (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) before moving onto back shift
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to full-time work
• Able to pass Drug & Alcohol testing prior to induction
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided
