Job summary

Manolo Blahnik Group in Basildon is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage receipt and dispatch of goods and to support ecommerce order fulfilment across UK stores and Europe. You will shadow the warehouse supervisor, process goods using our warehouse software, pack and ship orders, maintain packing lists and delivery notes, and coordinate with couriers while upholding health and safety standards.

• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Record and control goods received in accordance with packing lists.
• Shadow the warehouse manager and cover duties in their absence.
• First point of contact for head office and retail functions.
• Shelve products according to internal procedures to ensure smooth warehouse function.
• Process goods using the warehouse software.
• Pick, pack and ship goods to UK, France and Italy stores.
• Pick, pack and ship goods to other customers.
• Allocate, pick, pack and ship ecommerce orders.
• Process and quality check ecommerce returns.
• Quality control of goods per internal procedures.
• Shipping optimisation for London, France and Italy.
• Manage paperwork including packing lists, delivery notes and transport documents.
• Work with courier companies and Italian warehouse.
• Comply with Health and Safety standards for all tasks; adherence to WMS rulings.
• Perform any other tasks as requested.

Purpose:

Effectively manage the receipt and dispatch of goods in addition to E-commerce order fulfilment, to ensure operational excellence and best practice in movement of finished goods.
