Job description

As a Night Shift Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for loading and unloading vehicles, as well as sortation and scanning of parcels into cages or collars.

This is a great Temp to Perm opportunity after a successful 12-week period, with competitive pay rates from £12.21 - £12.76 per hour.

The operation runs 7 days a week, and we can accommodate any days of work that suit you. You can choose to work part-time or full-time; just let our friendly team know your availability during registration, and we will take care of the rest to ensure this job fits your lifestyle.

The pay rate for a Night Shift Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative is:

• £12.21 for the first 12 weeks, rising to £12.76 per hour
• Shifts usually start between 20:00 - 22:00

Your duties as a Night Shift Parcel Sorter/Warehouse Operative will include:

• Unloading parcels from trailers
• Placing parcels onto conveyor belts
• Scanning and sorting parcels, handling items of all sizes and weights
• Working efficiently and effectively as part of a team
• Ensuring accurate scanning with handheld terminals
• Completing relevant paperwork accurately
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
